Today is the second day of PACK week-wear white day!!! Did you pack a snack that is white? Some healthy white fruits and vegetables are pears which are an excellent source of pectin (fiber), vitamin C and potassium. One pear can offer 16% of daily allowance of fiber. Cauliflower is an excellent source of vitamin C and dietary fiber. It also contains vitamin B5, B6, manganese and omega 3 fatty acids.
A reminder to everyone that your PTO fundraiser is due back this Friday.
